Do you offer white-glove delivery for large items?
Yes, for oversized furniture pieces, we offer a white-glove delivery service which includes room-of-choice placement, assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition and packaging. Please note that custom-made or final sale items are not eligible for return.
Are Pit Boss products covered by a warranty?
All of our flagship furniture pieces come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
How can I track the status of my order?
