Initiate Your Request

Log into your account and navigate to the order history page to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Package Your Item

Securely pack the unused product in its original box with all manuals and accessories included to ensure a safe transit back to our warehouse.

Ship It Back

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our team inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
